About Lori Hawkins
I became licensed to sell real estate in NC & SC in 2017. In 2021, I became a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®). Since that time, 95% of my business is selling properties jointly owned and not married or selling properties of individuals going through a divorce. My job as a CDRE is to mitigate conflict, make sure both parties are represented fairly, communicate with each individual so that both parties are aware of what is happening with the sale of the home. And lastly, I am the liaison between both parties and the attorneys for all matters having to do with real estate. My specialty is mid to high conflict situations and have systems and procedures in place to help with this. I am a neutral third party which means I am only involved with the sale of the home. I cannot help either party purchase a new property until this transaction has closed. This allows me to maintain my neutrality.
